Excellent service. They showed up early in the appointment window (8:20AM for an 8AM-11AM scheduled appt), which is always appreciated. The technician was friendly, professional, and got right to work. Despite mentioning that he had never installed my particular thermostat of choice before at a residential unit (Ecobee3), he confidently worked his way through it and installed it perfectly, even in the face of some janky old-townhouse wiring. He ensured that it all worked, including frequently checking the physical AC Unit outside the townhouse during an ongoing thunderstorm/downpour. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Absolutely awesome!!! I have never used this service before but I thought it was better than using the Yellow Pages. My service repairman was great. Very professional, thorough and informative. Randy is awesome!!! Called him to get a second opinion on my MIL’s AC. First guy said compressor was bad and wanted $1600 to replace. Called Randy with Global Warming and Cooling. He went out on a Sunday and found it just need a capacitor and hard start kit. Got her unit running again! Would highly recommend Global Warming and Cooling!!!
